150 | g | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
100 | g | Sunflower oil |
165 | g | Corn flour yellow fine bio glutenfree |
8 | g | Baking powder |
q.s. | Pine nuts |
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add oil, the smoked cornflour and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven dish and add the pine nuts on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C static oven (160°C ventilated oven) for approx. 30 minutes. Once cooled, dust with icing sugar.
