Ingredients

500 g mix pasta fresca glutenfree
8 eggs
16 g olive oil

Preparation

  1. Knead all ingredients in the mixer until a homogeneous dough is obtained (about 5 minutes). 
  2. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface (rice or cornflour) and cut into any shape.
    For the pasta machine, press the dough into flat pieces, flour both sides and turn in the pasta machine. 
  3. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water with a little oil for about 3-5 minutes. 

TIP: you can also make lasagne sheets with the dough.
