Ingredients
For 2 panettone of 500 g
500 | g | Mix leavened pastries glutenfree |
50 | g | Honey |
25 | g | Fresh yeast |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | Egg yolk | |
375 | g | Water |
100 | g | Butter |
100 | g | Candied fruit |
50 | g | Sultanas |
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients, except the candied fruit and sultanas, in a mixer with paddle attachment at medium speed for 5 minutes. Just before the end, add the candied fruit and sultanas.
- Put the batter into a panettone mold (approx. 350 g). Cover and leave to rise for about 60 minutes at about 30°C, however, until doubled in volume. Brush the surface with milk or water.
- Bake in a static oven preheated to 170°C (ventilated oven 150°C) for about 40-45 minutes.
