250 | g | green lentils |
1 | pear | |
100 | g | cooked beetroot |
200 | g | valeriana salad |
q.s. | honey | |
q.s. | olive oil | |
q.s. | white balsamic vinegar | |
q.s. | salt | |
q.s. | pepper |
Preparation
- Bring plenty of water to a boil, add salt and cook the green lentils over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Wash the valerian salad.
- Wash the pear, core it and cut it into small pieces.
- Mix lentils with valerian and season with salt, pepper, honey, olive oil and vinegar.
TIP: pears can be replaced with seasonal fruit!
