Ingredients
250 | g | Mix pizza, stirata & focaccia glutenfree |
110 | g | Soya drink |
110 | g | Water |
30 | g | Sunflower oil |
10 | g | Fresh yeast |
5 | g | Agave syrup (or honey) |
5 | g | Salt |
q.s. | Glazing | |
q.s. | Hazelnuts | |
q.s. | Sprinkles |
Preparation
- In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast in the water and lukewarm milk. Add the sunflower oil, the mixture and the salt. Allow to rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Form a loaf and place it on a baking tin lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rest at room temperature until doubled in volume.
- Decorate as desired with glazing, nuts, sprinkles, etc.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C static oven (150°C ventilated oven) for about 40 minutes.
