Ingredients


250 g Mix pizza, stirata & focaccia glutenfree
110 g Soya drink
110 g Water
30 g Sunflower oil
10 g Fresh yeast
5 g Agave syrup (or honey)
5 g Salt
q.s. Glazing
q.s. Hazelnuts
q.s. Sprinkles

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast in the water and lukewarm milk. Add the sunflower oil, the mixture and the salt. Allow to rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. Form a loaf and place it on a baking tin lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rest at room temperature until doubled in volume.
  3. Decorate as desired with glazing, nuts, sprinkles, etc.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C static oven (150°C ventilated oven) for about 40 minutes.
