Ingredients for 8 pizza
1000 | g | SIROLO - for gluten-free pizza |
720 | g | Water |
32 | g | Fresh Yeast |
70 | g | Olive oil or sunflower oil |
27 | g | Salt |
36 | g | Sugar |
Preparation
KNEADING* Knead all the ingredients in a kneading machine at medium-high speed for 6 minutes.
SHAPING Roll out the dough in a baking tray (60x40). Spread with tomato sauce.
PROOFING Leave to rise at 32-33°C for 60 min. or until doubled in volume.
BAKING* Bake in oven at 230-240°C for 26-28 min. Last 5 min. with the valve open. Add the
mozzarella and bake for another 2-3 min.
