Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 baking sheet (45x39 cm)

500 g Miscela per pizza
275 g water (approx. 30 °C)
25 g olive oil
TOPPING
200 g tomato
200 g mozzarella
q.s. fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Knead all the ingredients for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth, homogeneous and elastic dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for about 60 minutes in a warm place or in any case until the volume doubles.
  2. Roll out in a baking tray (about 45x39 cm) and let rise for another 45 minutes. Top with tomato.
  3. Bake in the static oven preheated to 220 ºC (200 ºC ventilated oven) for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and finish cooking for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.


TIP: The pizza mix can also be used to prepare a delicious focaccia!
