Ingredients for 1 baking sheet (45x39 cm)
500 | g | Miscela per pizza |
275 | g | water (approx. 30 °C) |
25 | g | olive oil |
TOPPING | ||
200 | g | tomato |
200 | g | mozzarella |
q.s. | fresh basil |
Preparation
- Knead all the ingredients for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth, homogeneous and elastic dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for about 60 minutes in a warm place or in any case until the volume doubles.
- Roll out in a baking tray (about 45x39 cm) and let rise for another 45 minutes. Top with tomato.
- Bake in the static oven preheated to 220 ºC (200 ºC ventilated oven) for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and finish cooking for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
