Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 baking tray

500 g Mix Spelt Pizza
300 g water

Preparation

  1. Knead all ingredients for 6 minutes at low speed and 4 minutes at high speed until the dough is smooth and elastic and comes away from the edge of the bowl. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise at 24°C for 45 minutes.
  2. Now roll out the dough without applying too much pressure, place it on the oiled baking tray and let it rest again for approx. 60 minutes at 24°C. Cover the pizza with the prepared topping.
  3. Bake in a static oven preheated to 220-230°C (190-210°C fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
