Ingredients
500 | g | SOFFICE - Mix for sweet yeast doughs |
200 | g | Milk (26°C) |
1 | Egg(s) | |
35 | g | Soft butter |
q.s. | Raspberry jam | |
q.s. | Dark and white chocolate |
Preparation
- Place the soft mixture, milk and egg in a bowl and knead approx. 8 min. until smooth and homogeneous. Add the butter. Let rise for 30 min. at 30 °C.
- Divide into 80-100 g portions, form into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 60 min. 30 °C until doubled in volume.
- Brush with egg or milk. Bake in a static oven at 170 °C (150°c fan oven) for 15 min.
- Allow the pastries to cool on a wire rack.
For the filling and decoration
- Cut the buns in half, fill them with jam and decorate with vertical stripes (the mouth) and eyes.
