Ingredients for 1 tray (60x40)
500 | g | Mix for pizza, bread & focaccia glutenfree |
7 | g | Dry yeast |
30 | g | Sunflower oil |
8 | g | Salt |
30 | g | Honey |
500 | g | Lukewarm water |
Preparation
- Knead all ingredients in a dough machine for about 6 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a tray (60x40), cover it, and let it rest at room temperature until the volume of the dough doubles.
- Spread the dough with tomato sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat (200°C convection). Pre-bake the pizza for about 20-25 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, top it with desired toppings and mozzarella, and bake for another 15 minutes.
