Ingredients
160 | g | butter, very soft |
4 | eggs | |
180 | g | spelt flour |
135 | g | sugar |
20 | g | cocoa powder VALRHONA |
160 | g | VALRHONA Caraibe 66%* chocolate, chopped |
7 | g | baking powder |
2 | tablespoons | milk or rum |
Preparation
- Beat the butter, gradually add the eggs and beat until well combined. On low speed, mix in the spelt flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, chopped chocolate and milk (or rum).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray.
- Bake in a static oven preheated to 200°C (180°C ventilated oven) for about 50-60 minutes on the second level. Allow to cool completely in the pan, then remove.
