Ingredients for 4 small pizzas
500 | g | Miscela per pizza |
280 | g | Water (approximately 30°C) |
25 | g | Olive oil |
200 | g | Strawberries |
q.s. | Hazelnut cocoa spread |
Preparation
- Mix the pizza mix and water in a bowl and knead into dough. Add olive oil and continue kneading until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 60 minutes in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and let them rise again, covered, for about 45 minutes in a warm place.
- Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin and place it on a baking sheet. Prick holes in the dough with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C, both top and bottom heat, for about 8-10 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool.
- Generously spread the cooled pizza with Nutella, leaving a small border.
- Wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces, and distribute them on the Nutella-covered pizza.
