ABOUT 25 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:

250 g gluten free muffins baking mix
3 eggs
100 g sunflower oil
½ packet of vanilla sugar

PREPARATION:

Mix all the ingredients slowly for two minutes, then at top speed for around six minutes.

Scoop the dough into paper cases and bake in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for around 25 minutes.
